The minute you step into a Walk-in Dermatology office or conduct a Video Visit with us, you’ll notice that things are different. From the way you’re greeted by our front desk staff to the personalized attention you receive from our board-certified dermatologists, you’ll experience a new kind of dermatology company – one with a patient-centric mindset like no medical practice you’ve ever seen.

We call this mindset, “Patient Delight”.

Many medical providers talk about the importance of their overall patient experience – but we actually measure it.

One way we do this is by using a Net Promoter Score. Quite simply, a Net Promoter Score is a measure of customer experience.  Most Net Promoter Score techniques use a one-question survey that asks how likely someone is to refer a company’s services to a friend or colleague. The answers to this survey are then compiled to create a score from 0 to 100.

Unfortunately, very few medical companies use a Net Promoter Score, which is a shame since these measures create an unbiased view that’s essential to understanding how well we’re performing in the eyes of our patients.

As of May 1, 2020, Walk-in Dermatology’s Net Promoter Score is 82.23

Companies receiving a score above 0 would be considered providing “good service,” between 50 and 70 providing “excellent service,” and over 70 “world class” service. (We’re pleased to consistently rank in the “world class” service category.)

At any time, you can check this webpage to see what our current Net Promoter Score is. We make this information public to hold ourselves accountable to our patients, who expect us to deliver top-notch care.
